A few years ago I decided to scale my business to multiple states while growing my team. During my years in business I have come to find that culture is a very overused word. I believe most people do not know what culture really means. Building a team with culture is very important in business but also in many areas of life. This is how Culture Camp came about.
Fast forward a few years and I have businesses and locations spread across the United States with over 200 employees doing over $100m in business per year.
Welcome to the Culture Camp where we are going to talk about all things culture in business and life. We will also have motivation and self-development.
