Brendan McCartney is regarded as one of the game’s best teachers of young men. With assistant coach credits at Richmond, Geelong and Essendon, Brendan was successful in his bid for the Senior Coaching role at the Western Bulldogs, through what proved to be a tumultuous time. Resigning after three seasons, Brendan took up the role of Player and Coach Performance Manager of the emerging Melbourne Demons and once again finds himself in charge of fostering young and promising footy talent.
