Chris Fagan has a little-known footy story - starting out playing on a gravel oval in a Tasmanian mining town to getting his big break as a senior coach of the Brisbane Lions at the tender age of 55.
From working under Neale Daniher for 10 years, through to completing ‘Coaching University’ at the Hawks through their ‘Three-peat’ with Alistair Clarkson and introducing Brendon Bolton into the AFL system – Chris shares his story and leadership philosophy’s, asserts his concerns with player welfare and delivers a impassioned plea that Tassie get an AFL team in his lifetime.
