I was recently asked what are top my 3 tips for an individual looking to get their health back in order. This is a big question and one that is not easy to answer in just three tips but here is what I think you should focus on:

- Prioritize Sleep - Develop a sound sleep routine to prep you for quality sleep

- Go for a Morning Walk - Getting morning sunlight can help align our circadian rhythm, improve mood / energy and a great way to jump start the day

- Lift Weights Weekly - Resistance training is great for increasing bone density, preserving muscle and improve balance / coordination
