Simone Yemm is a survivor. Having battled disordered eating her entire life. She is now in the best mental health of her life and wants to share her story. We discuss her remarkable turnaround from the days when her eating disorder was out of control which included 2 suicide attempts, a history of self harming and 3 inpatient stays.
Her dysfunctional relationship with food started at a very young age. This is the first entry in her baby book from her mother - she was 4 weeks old.
"She has red hair, blue eyes, lashes darkening. Is beautiful now, though all her double chins are marring her beauty at present. We love her though. We will have to slim her down soon, I can see that."
