Pitre (6-0, 197lbs) started 14 games as a senior redshirt and recorded 75 total tackles, 56 solo, 17.5 tackles for loss (Led Big 12), 3.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, three recoveries, two interceptions, and seven pass defenses.
Pitre, who was named the 2021 AP Big 12 Defensive Player of the year, was the only player in all of D1 FBS football with at least three fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles, and two interceptions.
