Most of us are primarily masculine or primarily feminine, but it's important that we consciously work on balancing the two in ways that work for us. The feminine oracle is a component of a primarily feminine consciousness and body that is aware of and responds to our environments - our intuition. • The masculine is the necessary "containers" and structure we create psychologically.
• The feminine is what's in the "containers."
• Sometimes we have to consciously ground the feminine or bring softness to the masculine.
• Expanding your feminine awareness includes looking at when you're telling yourself the same story to "prove it's right."
• A lot of our responses that we assume are mental/emotional actually do exist in the nervous system.
• It's important to include the body in spiritual work.
• A primarily feminine body has a "compass" - the oracle.
• This is the hyper-aware (but often not consciously expressed) part of us that responds to discord in our environments.
• This response is all-encompassing, even physical.
• In the Heroine's Journey there's a rejection of the feminine that has to happen, and some don't come out of it.
• A practice to ground: place your hand on your chest when you're speaking and feel the vibration of your words - connects the "two nervous systems."
