For this episode, we are going to talk about something that is coming up more and more with our clients, which is, switching your gym to semi-private coaching programs.
Some of the questions that come up all the time are, how do I sell semi-private? I don't know how to sell semi-private? I don't know how to market for it? I do boot camps, where I do one-on-one training, but I don't know how to sell simi-private coaching. All these questions are answered as well as how to communicate with your clients so they also understand the difference.
Semi-private and boot camps, the two services have to look and feel different. You can't have semi-private training, that's the same thing as large group training with fewer people, you can't sell that way, because nobody's gonna pay more for that. And the way you train has to be different, the programming has to be different, the pace has to be different. And of course, the amount of people has to be different. The benefit of semi-private training is there, but the client needs to see the difference to find the value.
