One of the ways to avoid getting overwhelmed is understanding your why. What made you decide to become a gym owner? What keeps you going when the fun fades? The driving force or motivation that keeps us going is our why.

Once we understand our why then things become clearer, and we are able to focus on our work without feeling overwhelmed. Building gratitude in our daily routine also goes a long way in keeping us in alignment and driving us to show up and be the best version of ourselves.
