In this week’s episode of The Everyday Warrior Podcast, Mike welcomes Mel Tucker, head football coach of the Michigan State University Spartans. Before arriving at Michigan in 2020, he’d spent 23 years on the coaching staff of teams in the NCAA and the NFL, such as the Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Chicago Bears. In 2021, Coach Tucker’s Spartans finished the season 11-2 overall, went undefeated at home (6-0), and beat the Pittsburgh Panthers in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl. Following the season, he was named the Hayes-Schembechler Coach of the Year, Dave McClain Coach of the Year, and Region 3 Coach of the Year by the American Football Coaches Association. Listen now!
