In this episode I talk a little about how the year 2020 has gone for Spill It and in general and then I got to catch up with the super inspirational Gerard - from Andy's Man Club in Preston. AMC do amazing work for men up and down the country to offer them a safe space to come and talk about their thoughts and feelings because men, statistically, find it harder to talk about their feelings and because of this - men's suicide rates are higher than other genders (That CURSED patriarchy!!!). Mental health is so important - especially at this time of year, and so having something like Andy's Man Club available is a GOD SEND.
