The biggest and most important takeaways from this episode are that:  

1.) Only you can decide and figure out what's right for you. No one can tell you what to do. What someone does may not work for you and vice versa.

 2.) You can change your thoughts about cravings if you want to. You can shift your perspective about cravings if you want to. 

3.) You can decide what you're going to do about your cravings if you have any. You get to determine what this means for you. You can think for yourself, and you can give yourself space to do what you feel is best for you.
