Did I really just look up copyright free intro music and horribly place it into my audacity file at the beginning? Yes, and it gave me life. I'm thinking of changing it every episode until I actually get around to making one myself, but I'm the master procrastinator- speaking of which, how can we increase our mindfulness? This episode I talk all about why I started journaling, the actual studies and what goes on our brain when we journal and some tips on how to start. Watch if you want to be mindful (a light-hearted suggestion of course).
