The 100th episode of Porch Talk, turns the tables. Alan invited Bo Jeffares to host and Alan would be the guest. The idea is to get to better know the host, and the takeaway is the really bad happenings are only pointing to where one should go. Alan shares about growing up in Kennedy, AL and some of the traumatic events that shaped him growing up. The story moves from baseball to how he found music. Alan and Bo talk influence and learning guitar. Eventually, an invitation to church would open up Alan's worldview, and a heart for missions would lead him to Mobile, AL to study at the University of Mobile. After living on the coast for 6 years, Alan came back to be with family, and Porch Talk was born.
