Erin Hatzikostas is a rock star and a fellow rebel soul sister. When we first started talking we realized how much we had in common and the parallels in our journeys. Erin was a CEO at 42, but she left the corporate world to become, in her own words, a ‘Professional Pot-Stirrer'. She is on a mission to help people have the career that they deserve without compromising everything else. She breaks all of the rules, and she aims to help people find their own authenticity within the workplace. She has given TedX Talks, has written books, and above all, is authentic, funny, and relatable.
Erin joins me today to share her journey from corporate CEO, to the rule-breaking bad-ass pot-stirrer that she is today. She describes the defining moment when a chance meeting changed the course of her life, and allowed her to follow her ‘authenticity’ mission. She explains the power of her HUMANS framework, and how following it can lead to a more authentic approach to life.
“Authenticity is about exposing who you are when people least expect it.” - Erin Hatzikostas
