We're so excited to share our first holiday-themed show, complete with fun and quirky Halloween music! In this episode, we discuss the true ghost story that inspired the movie Poltergeist and learn that Holy Water does not live up to its hype. We also discover that tchotchkes can be used as projectile missiles in the wrong hands. (Side note: What's up with the spelling of tchotchke? Imagine the poor kid who gets that twisted word in a spelling bee.) Selene shares a warm, happy childhood memory of Halloween, but trauma is still attached. There's beguiling banter between the besties, and--in lieu of candy--the girls give out quote treats to quell your mind's hunger. Think of them as Snickers for your psyche. Your brain matters!
