Every now and again, our minds have a hard time staying present. Instead, we focus on the past or future, often creating false realities that leave us feeling super anxious. We’ve all heard that “staying present”, or focusing on “right now”, is the way out, but are we ever given the tools for how to do this? In today’s solo, Caitlin talks about some of her recent anxieties and the techniques she uses to help her anchor into “right now”.
