Description

The first in a new series discussing probably the most important application of Jiu Jitsu, Tapping Out Trauma. A lot of people, like myself, get to start training jiu jitsu for giggles. But it's very important that we understand this is very unlikely to be our training partners experience and motivation. It's also very important that people are aware of the therapeutic-like experience that can be possible for them. And how we can all be cognizant and courteous and make each others experience in jiu jitsu better.
