Caleb brings over 15 years of caregiving experience, beginning in his teenage years when he cared for members of his own family. What started as a personal responsibility has since grown into a lifelong passion and career. Today, he is the owner and operator of First Light Home Care, where his leadership has driven year-over-year growth of 30%—a trajectory that is expected to continue.
In addition to his commitment to serving seniors and veterans in his community, Caleb is also a proud father to his five-year-old daughter, Finnley Rose.
