Too Long, Didn’t Listen (TLDL):

• It is ok to give up on a dream
• When thinking about your dream ask yourself: What are you willing to sacrifice? What is your family willing to sacrifice? Am I open to other dreams...to different dreams?
• Masculine tells us to push, work to exhaustion, sacrifice anything to get to a dream, which can lead us down dead ends, and keep us closed off to new pathways of success.
• Feminine says, "this is what I want, but I'm open to how I get there." Offering creative solutions, flexibility, and agility
• Take into consideration if it is your goal, or if it was put into your head by someone/where else? (society? partner? parent? culture? religion?)
• Reframe "failures" as "pivots"
• Make a list of how you'll know when you've achieved your dream: Define what success looks like and feels like, so you know when you've reached that place
