Rachelle shares her own journey of self-discovery, reflecting on how a conversation with her brother sparked her to look at whether the label of extrovert was actually her true nature.

She invites listeners to explore the roles they played growing up and question whether those roles still serve them. Through personal anecdotes and insightful analysis, Rachelle encourages us to embrace authenticity and stop the cycle of forcing ourselves into molds that don't fit.
