• There are many aspects of our lives to consider when thinking about success (Career, Health, Relationships, Community)
• YOU are the person who defines success for yourself - outside of societal standards, family expectations, pressure from friends, religion, and more, so consider this: If you were on a deserted island, with no one else around, what choices would you make?
• It's important to recognize, acknowledge, and celebrate the successes you already have in your life in real time. (Are you celebrating the success you have? Are you celebrating how far you've come?)
• Take a moment, sit, and look at some of those categories then journal: What is success for me? What does success look like for me? What does success feel like?
