In America, division has replaced discourse, and that's bad for everyone. Before this change, people could argue, even argue aggressively, but still maintain respect for their patriotic opposition. So what happened? Did we all just become less agreeable, or did one side of the argument truly abandon patriotism, as many believe they have?
