On Sunday, guest speaker Pastor Gene Appel from Eastside Church shared an inspiring message on what it means to be faithful in the Church based on Colossians 1:1-8. 

Through this passage, Gene explored how to go beyond simply attending church and truly become a committed part of a faithful, loving, and hope-filled community.

He encouraged us to be:

• A people with a passionate FAITH – Moving beyond "drive-thru" church attendance to a life-transforming faith.
• A people who possess an inclusive LOVE – Welcoming all God's people with open arms.
• People who share a dynamic message – Sharing the gospel in a way that bears fruit and transforms lives.
• People who cling to a motivating HOPE – Finding strength in the hope stored up in heaven.
