Presented with a redundancy opportunity, I chose to take time out to invest in my own development. I took control and spent 2 years studying the theory and practical elements of life coaching which is when, as an accredited New Insights Life Coach, Qualitymind was born.
I'm delighted I made the decision to make those changes; now I'm sharing the principles that led me to change many of my own thought processes.
I enable others to identify their life purpose. It's a privilege to engage with people, build mutual trust and work closely to uncover what's really important to them. I have always been direct, sometimes to others chagrin, however, I am using it to my advantage and have become the "No nonsense coach".
