Interview with David Webb
David Webb is the lead business adviser of DNJ Solutions; a business which is there to help other businesses keep in control of their business. We do that by giving advice but first of all we listen to you and learn what your business is about, why you set it up and what you want to get out of your business. We then talk through what you know about your business metrics and how you are using these to drive your business forward. If you don’t have these, we work how to set these up.
DNJ Solutions works with clients in a number of sectors, primarily but not exclusively SMEs in the healthcare sector, from set up to survival and from growth to diversification. David has also supported a number of rural based SME businesses, both directly and indirectly, and continues to maintain a key policy interest in the area of rural affairs and how these impact on rural businesses.
