Interview with Jonathan Dyke
"I founded Storehouse Photography to help people tell their unique stories, and to capture important moments on camera. In terms of photography, I believe that one cannot adopt a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, and it is important to tailor a service offering to the individual needs of the client.
There was a slight sense of the unknown when I started the firm, especially going self-employed for the first time in my life, but the sense of independence and enjoyment has been immense. Starting a business from scratch is hard work, but the rewards are there, especially those of personal satisfaction. Photography is a crowded marketplace, but I believe this is the best professional decision I have ever made, and being shortlisted for a Customer Service award from Guides for Brides last year, was a hugely proud moment for me.
I am a photographer with experience across a number of fields, and whether it is weddings or corporate projects that my clients need support with, I look forward to helping many more people capture the moments that matter to them most."
