The M Word was born out of a desire to help other women on their menopause journey and was instigated by my own ‘interesting’ experiences.
The menopause is both a gift and a curse to many of us. Some of us have symptoms so severe, that medication is the only way to enjoy some semblance of normality and good health, whilst for others, a few simple lifestyle changes are all that is needed, but whatever strategy you use, whichever path you find yourself on … mastering the menopause mindset is key because it allows you not just to survive … but to THRIVE!
So, I’m on a mission to revolutionise women’s experience of the menopause by alleviating their anxiety, encouraging them to create their best life and empowering them to make positive change. And I do that by using a powerful combination of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy and Menopause Wellbeing Coaching.
