SOR FITNESS is primarily an online Fitness company but we also carry out PT sessions.

We know that everyone is different and they have different struggles and obstacles to overcome to achieve there goals that is why every client we work has there unquie programme design just for them. We work closely and constantly monitor there progress so we can adapt and adjust the programme not only to maximize the benefits for the clients but to ensure and most importantly they are having fun and enjoying themselves.

We keep things as simple as possible and make constantly make small changes to our clients habits which over time the small changes become normal and healthier changes without the the added stresses that can come with changing your lifestyle
