While in isolation, I’ve been trying to stay positive and have a mental glow up and I wanted to share my tips and tricks with you, including some advice from a yoga and meditation instructor! Hopefully you can take some of these away and apply it to your life to shift your outlook as well. We’re all in this together, so we might as well try look on the bright side.
