In our newest episode, we talk with a band based out of Chicago named The Delta Waves. They describe themselves as a Jazz/Funk/Pop/Soul Super Sexy Badass Fusion band. A "Vulfpeck + Snarky Puppy + Lettuce + The Fearless Flyers + Roy Hargrove. I was first introduced to this band after talking with their saxophonist Mark Lesser at Louisiana State University. We discuss how the band was created, their musical likes and influences, and how they are getting back into the performing world again after Covid. Be sure to listen for some original music that can't be heard anywhere else!
