If you consider that you’re a healthy person, and that alcohol backs that up in someway, like giving you down time, relaxation, ME time etc. as a form of self care, you probably aren’t too activated to make changes.  

BUT if you notice that you’re having thoughts sprouting up about alcohol being not so great for you, whether you immediately dismiss them or if you’re beginning to entertain them and be curious about them, letting them in if you will, you are probably more in the zone of cognitive dissonance, which means that you are near if not already, ready to make changes in your drinking habits.
