Kameron Marlowe is a country music singer/songwriter who appeared on The Voice in 2018 and has since built a burgeoning career in Nashville. Kameron joins Country Music Made Me to talk about his musical aspirations earlier in life, his move back to his hometown to work a 9-5 job and settle down, the opportunity to audition for The Voice and the breakup that inspired him to write "Giving You Up". He also talks about what it was like when he first started to write with some of the best writers in Nashville, how taking a leap and releasing his music independently paid off in a big way, and what it's been like since signing a record deal and releasing his debut EP in 2020.
