Owen Barney is a Canadian country music singer/songwriter. Owen joins The Music Made Me to talk about his early days of learning the guitar from his Dad and eventually moving on to guitar lessons in the family kitchen. He also talks about the influence his Grandpa had on his musical journey, going to as many local shows as his parents would take him to as a youngster and the beginning of his musical career before he even left high school, which included signing to Wax Records. Finally he talks about his new music and what's to come.
