Camille John, SVP & Head of Underrepresented Ethnic Talent Strategy at Bank of America, shared the story behind her title with us on November 1, 2020.
Camille is an award-winning, dynamic and innovative leader with MBA. She has 20 years experience of Business Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion and Social Impact leadership in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries.
Camille was raised in a Caribbean household with parents from Trinidad. As a young girl, she felt she didn’t quite fit in because of her differences. Once she discovered the power behind her uniqueness, she began to stop playing small and landed the perfect job working in the D&I Enterprise division of Bank of America.
