Episode #1-Burns and Allen
An American comedy duo, Burns and Allen, was George Burns and his wife and partner, Gracie Allen. In September 1934, their 30-minute radio program premiered as The Adventures of Gracie, whose name changed to The Burns and Allen Show in 1936. From 1936 till 1950, the series switched back and forth between NBC and CBS until it was canceled. Burns and Allen reemerged on television with a successful situation comedy from 1950 to 1958.
Plot
George and Gracie talk about their recent trip to New York, and Frank Parker receives a mysterious telegram.
