Of course, Jesus has always been God. He never stopped being God even when He became a man. However, during His earthly ministry He depended fully upon the Holy Spirit. He said in John 5:19 that He did what He saw the Father do. Beyond that, He always found time to get away from the crowds to be alone with His Father. Jesus understood the importance of time in the secret place. Join me this week as we look at the example that Jesus set before us for cultivating intimacy with God.
