Every morning I wake up wondering if I will find anything. Originally starting this show, I had thought there was so many speeches out there. I could share those. I learned soon enough though, that history is speeches, but the in between moments as well. Conferences, lectures, Public information. The Nixon tapes are public information now. We catch politicians as well as celebrities all the time because of every day journalists fighting for public discloser. For me it’s exciting to discover moments from the past that have determined our path in this moment moving forward. As well as the moments in the past when every thing changed. The before during and after affects of those movements are so interesting. We are early told the truth in the present, but they will always point back to stuff like this as reference to discloser, They count on us not caring at some point. Or and that we will not put the puzzle together.
The Iraq war. Why? Kuwait. Why? Well we were protecting vulnerable oil shipments. Why? Well Iraq wanted some of Irans land and decided that they should take down Iran to get it. Iraq needed a port to get it’s own oil on ships but had no access. Iran fought back, and eventually America interfered after Russia interfered. America got the contract to protect Kuwait oil, which screwed Iran, and Iran thought that was unfair. Eventually Iran lost support in the region, and lost the war. Iraq still had no access to a port though and decided to attack Kuwait. Since Kuwait boats were flying American flags we had to help Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia for some reason. America beat Iraq, Saved Kuwait and the area.
We originally were protecting Iraq oil on Kuwait ships flying American flags, then fought Iraq with Kuwait to keep Iraq from getting a port. Iran is still mad cause, like wtf! They started it, got help and still no one cares that Iran was just a victim here. That being said. This is a very slim opinion of a specific moment. Iran might very well be evil for a variety of other reasons, but maybe America saying sorry for picking the wrong side would go a long way to bettering relations with Iran. An opinion from a guy that just listened to this audio a couple of dozen times in editing.
Later today we will be airing the video original on our youtube channel. It is graphic and care should be taken in the cases of young adults children or anyone sensitive to the cost of war on human life.
