Did you know emotions are just energy in motion? Hence the name!

This has to do with more than just having feels and it being uncomfortable at times. Emotions are neurophysiological responses and are the physical manifestation of energy moving through your body, so let's discuss more about the science behind this energy phenomenon. 

Emotions are also related to vibrational frequencies. The energetic frequency you are vibrating at depends on the emotion you are experiencing, hence you can be actually a high or low vibe. In this episode, we discussed the energetics behind the experience of emoting, how to help it manifest what you desire according to your vibrations and to stop fearing the "heavier" emotions but rather lean into them.
