Kenny Ray Reichhoff was 19 years old and had grown up in the small rural community of Brooks, Wisconsin. He’d dropped out of high school during his junior year and had been living on his own since he was 17. In December 1974, Kenny was arrested for a brutal double murder in which one of the men killed was someone he considered to be like a second father to him. Was it rage that drove him to kill or something else entirely?
