After a weeklong hiatus, Greg is back discussing the latest on negotiations between the owners and the MLBPA.
Rob Manfred's comments on ESPN on Monday night created a PR disaster for MLB. Now each side has a new proposal, but the other has already rejected it. Greg says that in order for their to be a deal, the owners have to let the players split the playoff TV revenue. Yet the players also have to be willing to make sure that the season is short enough so that the playoffs aren't stopped by Covid-19.
