I started by taking 125mg a day for the first 2 or maybe 3 months to see how I felt.
There is a lot of anecdotal evidence out there with conflicting comments ranging from ‘125mg of NMN has had absolutely no effect on me at all’ to ‘I can’t sleep at night because my energy levels are still extremely high; 8 hours after I took it’
For me there were a few nights of restless sleep, but only for about 5 days.
