Both the US and Germany officially offered heavy weapons for Ukraine, in order to win the war over Russia. Such military move has caused major concerns among the international community, when it comes to peace and harmony. Some scholar believes that Russia is heading towards failure, and it is such a waste to offer Ukraine anything at this moment. Is it too early to predict the failure of Russia? Should US and Germany reverse the decision?
