There is no denying that our world today is getting more noises, from the moment that we wake up, until the hours that we need to go to sleep. We are surrounded with all kinds of interruptions and noises, especially as we continues to attach ourselves to social media. Paying serious attention, or staying focused is something hard and painful, surprisingly to say. Based on our guest, paying attention has more to do with with the fact that how our brain is processing information, and who information is being examined over and over again.
