There are many different aspects of our lives that call for our attention every day. We respond to those aspects from our four selves of Heart, Mind, Body, and Spirit.

How do we tap into and use these four selves to create a more Harmonious life? Tune in and find out!

Segment 1:

There is always some challenge for the hero in any adventure or fantasy movie out there. It can be individual or group challenge. Challenge may sound scary to many people, but it’s not scary. It is growth and adventure. It is a part of life and life is always worth living. Any day above ground is a good day.

Segment 2:
How can we create harmony in your life? Harmony is about the four directions working together. The four directions are Mind, Heart, Body, and Spirit. (North, South, West, and East.) Sometimes we think too much with our heart, and our emotions are flooding. How do we go up to mind? We have to create structure and planning so that mind and heart and flow back and forth.

Segment 3:
Body is earth. We are physical beings having a physical experience. Without earth, there is no wood or trees or leaves. When we are too much on the earth side, we are stuck. That is why we need to go into spirit, by meditating or eating properly in order to balance things out. All of these elements are matter, and as humans, we matter.

Segment 4:
What exactly are we looking for in life? We just want to be happy. We need to start learning how to stop resisting, “what is.”
