For our last episode of 2024, we explore a Christmas film many are not familiar with, unless you live in the USA.

A Christmas Story is a staple of an American Christmas, so much so, it gets looped for forty-eight hours on its own TV channel every year. Jason and Chris attempt to try and figure out why that is and whether it will resonate with the audiences from the rest of the world.

We didn't do this alone, as we were kindly sent in some voicemails from American friends who shared their memories of the film and their thoughts on why this film hasn't resonated with people outside of the states.
