This episode will focus mainly on the emotional numbness and how it is a consequence of abuse, in all its types: emotional, verbal, mental, sexual and even physical abuse.
The journey to get to feel and harmonize with our emotions is definitely not easy, not an overnight solution and not always guaranteed to succeed because of potential relapses to numb our feelings and emotions down to not get affected (as a defense mechanism, which is bad).
But deciding to act upon making our lives slightly better and colorful with beautiful emotions expressed in healthy ways, is one thing we should not take for granted and commit to doing, regardless of the abuse.
