To be aware and ask yourself if you are the oneto cause so much damage in an already distorted reality of a toxic environment is something that requires much courage.
Because of so much enemety going on in social situations spurring rivalries, competitions, and forced submission, you are no longer sure of how normally your brain functions and end up second guess yourself.
Please don't fall in this trap and don't dig yourself a hole just to be safe from their abuse! You are stronger than this and self evolution regardless of abuse is a *MUST* !
