Let's be honest, very often we promote the affirmation and recognition in direct sales as a major benefit. And while most of us probably didn't join simply for the affirmation and recognition, it was a bonus that we didn't know we wanted.
But what happens when you are in a season of planting seeds, where the visual growth isn't happening yet, and you are longing for someone to notice?
We need to remember who our TRUE affirmation and recognition comes from, our Heavenly Father! We work for an audience of one, if we are doing it correctly. And the greatest affirmation we could ever receive are the words, "well done, my good and faithful servant" when we meet Jesus face to face.
