There is so much information and misinformation out there, as well as fear and shame, built around what constitutes as a nutritional meal.  And really, there's no perfect, one-size-fits all formula.  Though there are healthier approaches than others, based on good-old science and education about what's in a balanced meal.  Today, we're talking about balancing macronutrients, which is a good place to start.
